Feces all in the pool all over the general walking areas
This place has not been cleaned since the last owners
there is no chlorine being used whatsoever
You used to be able to smell the chlorine as soon as you walked in the lobby you could not smell any type of chlorine whatsoever. None of the jets were on to rotate the water, stagnant water.
They are going to try to make the excuse that the poop is from the party before us, but when we came in, there was no water whatsoever on the floor and it definitely has not looked like the floors have been cleaned in weeks.
There was mud all over it I would upload the videos if it’s letting me, but it’s only going to let me upload the Pictures
I have two videos that show poop and And blood all over the floors and general walkways it is absolutely disgusting. I miss the old owners.
This place has gone to complete shit in a couple months. It used to be clean and smell good but now it smell smells Dirty gross food
Management is horrible and does not know how to print off a receipt does not know how to give you a refund. Nothing their attitude is horrible.
I generally hope that the local people no longer book their birthday parties, They’ve also raised the price from five dollars per swimmer to $10 per swimmer absolutely a rip off when you can go to Vinton and swim for five dollars
This is a really unfortunate experience, considering that we have been in this area for years and have loved this hotel for our family We will never be going back
Seems like they have their whole family living in the hotel and just rent out a couple of rooms
Each time someone came out to attempt to help the problem there was someone new and not a single person To print off a receipt or give a refund
Does not seem like a safe environment for your children as there was multiple different men bringing in beer through the front door like a frat house
I have contacted the BBB and made official report with them and I truly wish I was able to upload these videos. I’ll upload the pictures that it’s letting me.
***^ And no, the poop was not just The video shows the poop and blood literally all on the bottom of the floor. I attempted in the video The pool cleaner, and that’s what I found out. It was poop because it smeared all on the bottom I took another video of me, pulling some of it out to prove that it was poop and blood.****
4/18 —— they said that they were going to shut down the pool, but I find this highly unlikely as the place was dirty and the use of pool chemicals is not being used at all
The entire property is well-kept, and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Jessica, the General Manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right - she was always friendly, helpful, and professional. My husband especially looked forward to the breakfast every morning, which was a nice perk and consistently enjoyable.
I have already recommended this hotel to others and will continue to do so. Whether you are passing through or staying awhile, Urbana Inn & Suites is a fantastic choice.
