Reservations
The pool party room can be reserved up to four months ahead of the requested date. Reservations must be made by phone, 319-443-8888.
Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel your party you must do so two weeks prior to your party date in order to get a full refund of your package price.
- If canceled within two weeks of your party, you will receive a 50 percent refund.
- This policy also applies if you wish to switch your party date. If you do wish to switch date, and we can accommodate you, it must be done two weeks before your original date was scheduled.
Payment
Full payment for your package is required in order to secure your party reservation and must be paid at the time your party is booked.
Food and Drink
Guests may bring in their own food if they wish, but please keep in mind:
- NO glass allowed, including: water bottles, Pyrex food containers, pickle jars, crock pots lids – you name it!
- There is no refrigerator access.
- No alcoholic beverages may be brought in or consumed in the facility.
