- Guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Cots and extra beds are not available.
There is no age restriction for check-in.

Service animals as defined by the ADA are exempt from pet fees.
6. Parties & Events
Parties or events are not permitted on hotel property.
Bachelor parties or similar gatherings are not organized or allowed.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Charges may be applied to the guest’s credit card on file.
9. Limitation of Liability
Urbana Inn & Suites is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests assume responsibility for their personal property.
